Buyers can fall in love with your home at first site - some say in less than 15 seconds! Just as you wear appropriate clothing to a date or a job interview to make the best possible first impression, so you can stage your home to highlight it's best features for the best possible first impression and a faster and more profitable home sale.
Did you ever want a new hair style but just couldn't figure out what would look best on you? The way you can't truly see yourself in that situation is similar to the way you can't truly see your home from a buyer's perspective. That's where I come in as the stylist for your home sale.

Level 1 - Staging Consult
A Staging Consult happens in your home where we will discuss your timelines, expectations, and budgets. I will take photographs, measurements, and notes while verbally offering about a dozen basic suggestions about staging your space.
Small Home Consult (Approximately 1.5 hours to cover 1000 square feet) $75.
Large Home Consult (2-3 hours to cover main living areas) $150.
Level 2 - Staging Plan
You then have the option to purchase a Staging Plan created specifically for your home which includes detailed items like floor plans, art purchase and placement suggestions, measurements, and colour samples. The Staging Plan will be completed within one week of ordering. The depth and cost of the Staging Plan will vary based on our discussions from the Staging Consult.
Staging Plans require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering and range from $150-300.
Level 3 - Project Management
If you would like me to manage some or all of aspects of the Staging Plan then we continue to another (free) consultation about which aspects of the plan you'd like to have completed, and by whom. For example maybe you're willing to pack up some of the clutter but want me to arrange storage for you, or you want me to rearrange your furniture and accessories or book tradespeople on your behalf.
