I'm not very flexible. Can I do yoga?
Being stiff is a great reason to do yoga! You will become flexible and learn why being super flexible is over-rated anyway.
I'm overweight. Can I do yoga?
Absolutely! Creative Yoga is for any body. It will prove to you that being juicy can't stop you from accessing all the benefits of yoga.
Does my religion conflict with yoga?
Not at all! Yoga's central philosophy honors that everything is connected. Your god can be one of, and even the source of, all interconnected things.

What are the instructor's qualifications?
Creative Simone was certified to teach yoga with the Hatha Yoga 200 hour program (RYT200) at Feel Good Yoga in Victoria, BC. in February, 2015.
She follows the work of Dr, Tom Myers to understand fascia. She follows the work of Coach Sommer to understand mobility, alignment, and body-weight training. She follows the Breaking Muscle blog to understand strength training. She has done some online training with Sadie Nardini so she can safely bring some high intensity intervals into the yoga class to burn extra calories. She also follows multiple dieticians and nutritionists online.
